I moved in Oct '05 and really enjoyed my first 2 or 3 months - everything seemed nice and the people were pretty friendly.
Winter came and when the heat kicked in there was this loud banging sound in the bedrdoom wall every night that would wake me up 3 or 4 times...they told me nothing could be done about it.
When I say loud banging, it was like somebody was smashing a pipe with a wrench right next to my head...no exaggeration.
Spring came and the cops showed up at my door asking me about my neighbor and whether I had seen him recently.
They wound up breaking down his door as I sat here and waited for gunshots...it took them a while to get in so I guess the plus side is the doors are sturdy'
Summer time came and I put my soft top on my Jeep Wrangler.
Fourth of July weekend somebody decided to take a knife to it and cut out one of the windows so they could take whatever was inside.
Management had nothing to say about it and they have no plans of installing any kind of security system (i.e.
cameras).
So, when fall came around, I figured it was time for me to move out.
One of the women gave me a ton of crap about my move-out date but when I called back and talked to another office worker, he was very laid back and helpful.
Rather disconcerting to have that kind of disparity with people working there.
Bottom line, I can't say I recommend living here.
Your car is at risk (according to the police this is a very frequent occurrence), the walls are paper thin and the appliances and overall look are quite outdated.
