Lemon Law for Apartments

If you bought a car new or used and it was a piece of junk there is a law called the lemon law.

Its to protect us against getting ram rodded by car dealers and manufactures.

After living in this place for a grand total of 365 days and not a second more the government needs to insitute a lemon law for apartments.

This place is an absolute dump and is in horrifingly bad condition.

The managment is only there to earn your dollar, the grounds keeping crew is basically non existant and the maintentence guys work about as fast as a car with one wheel.

Do not under any circumstances even consider living here.

The crime rate is extremely high, READ THE POLICE LOGS, the apartments stink, ant infested, very old and out dated.

Simply put, this place is a rotted out lemon
