It's been a year and a half since we moved the the fairways, what a mistake. So to all the people who say this place is nice please stop dealing drugs outside my window it wakes me up at night. To all the normal people that would like to find a quiet safe place to live look elsewhere. After checking the police logs and looking online I find that we have three (3) sexual offenders in the complex. I will tolerate a good level of noise at night and in the morning (6am) but do my neighbors really feel the need to play drums at those times' You may be getting a laugh from this thinking it could never be true but if you don't listen to the warnings of myself and the others here then you will soon find out how true this little review is. I have had to call the police three times because my next door neighbor thinks that beating his wife and child are good night time hobbies. I agree with the person who said the dishwashers suck. I had mine replaced after a burning smell was coming from it. It has this great feature I first wash my dishes by hand then place them in the dishwasher to come out with more food stuck on them then when they were first put in. And now to walls. They are thin how thin you may ask well if your neighbor tries to hang a shelf on the wall and uses a screw thats more then 3 inches long (a bit overkill for shelving) you will also have something to hang pictures off of. My last word I am out of here this year i cannot take it nor can my wife.

Tell me how management is responsible to ensure that someone is not going to beat is wife up...although terrible they manage a property not people's lives
