Despite rants from people who don't like this web site and don't like what they read here the Fairways is a ghetto.

They charge plenty, this is not a cheap place to live.

They have dropped their standards and admitted PJ refugees.

Just look at 13 Fairway Drive, instant PJ.

You can do better.
