I loved living at the Fairways. I never had any problems with them. They always keep the parking lots plowed, the dumpsters empty, and the landscaping perfect. Maintence was always available and always fixed whatever was wrong. The clubhouse was always kept up. The office staff was nothing but nice and respectful. I am sorry I moved and if the Fairways was closer to my job I would still be living there.

I would recommend the Faiways to anyone who asked.

That may be so but things have probably changed since you lived here I think. I have been here since Feb. 2007 and I hardly ever see the dumpsters empty and that being the case when the wind blows trash is blows down the road to my patio. I constantly have pizza boxes, plastic bags (real healthy for the environment!), papers etc. all over my patio. I have also had a big problem with the cigarette butts all over my patio. My patio items are being burned from unexstinguished cigarettes being thrown out of cars and/or the people who live in either of the apartments above. Not to mention the condoms!It took maintenance 3 days to come collect the condoms (three brightly colored ones!) from my patio. I wasn't able to let my children use the slider or play on the patio until they were gone. That's just plain disgusting! I actually had to call mgt to light a fire under the rear ends of maintenance to dispose of the ludeness. And to quickly finish up I need to mention there aren't enough dryers to really accomodate the amount of apartments in each building, there is dog waste all over the place and what good is having a foyer you have to be buzzed in from if people are going to keep it propped open all the time, especially the workers renovating each and every apt.? Really, how safe ia that???
