I just moved in not too long ago, was 100% in love with the Fairways and already the honeymoon's over. The staff have gone downhill, rude, they're complete with a nasty attitude to boot.

I'd be careful dealing with management, not the leasing consultants but management once you move in.

Otherwise it's a decent place to live.

I don't understand how you can write that the staff is rude, etc and then recommend this place to anyone. Rude is a very nice word for how they treat their market rent tenants. I also moved in thinking that the place was great, not realizing what I got myself into until it was too late. I was lied to about things in my apt being new when they are not and when I moved in my apt wasn't even clean. I made them come back in & do it while someone was here. This place is disgusting and if you complain about anything or ask for anything to be fixed they ignore you or take months to do it. Even when it is something major, like an electrical problem or mold issue. If you have any standards of where you live or what you want to live in stay away from here. Living in Manchester is safer and yes i've lived in the "ghetto" before and I can honestly say this is worse!!!
