We've been living here for several years now, loved it in the beginning, but the new owners and management over the last 2 years have really gone down hill.
It's very noisy here, kids outside screaming until 10:00 at night, hallways are filthy, neighbors are ignorrant.
The office staff is rude, unobliging to help with anything, and they just dont care, as long as you pay your rent they could care less what people do.
They do nothing about the problem neighbors, and act like you're bothering them when you call with a complaint.
There is mold in the hallway ceilings, and they smell like a bingo hall full of cigarette smoke.
We will not be renewing our lease this year, and if you want to stay tenant at will it's $200 a month more.
