i am going to agree with the review about the FECES and the SHOOTINGS
! i am raising 3 boys and this place is for ----! i would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! unsupervised a hole kids with junkie parents and an uncaring staff, this is the worst place around!! DONT DO IT!

I agree 100% with the last comment, especially about the kids, free to do whatever they want all day & night, even on school nights they're out after dark. My moms car was broken into 2 nights ago, and this past winter the fairways plowing contractor hit her car and tried to cover it up, never came forward, but when we accused them they didn't deny it, but took over 2 weeks to contact her with the insurance information. They place people with kids above adults and it's not fair to either party involved. We had to move from a first floor to a 3rd floor because the kids above us would run & jump from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm, so bad that our ceiling fans would vibrate...they didn't make them move, so we had to. They don't take any consideration into where they place people. A few weeks ago a bunch of kids were outside our building mutilating and torturing a frog...that's the kind of people that live here. What's worse is that the kids mother knew about it and not only didn't stop him, but gave him a needle and thread to sew the frog's body parts together...yeah...a luxury living in a wonderful community!!! Bull S---!!!!

its apt living i agree, but my car getting broken into in DERRY is far different than manchester...manchester IS the ghetto so that would make more sense....i should move there and actually live in the ghetto and pay half the rent that i pay here......

I'm sure the thugs that break into cars don't care where they are...so there's really no difference. Oh and with Manchester...you will get a dump/ghetto for sure if you pay 1/2 of what you paid in Derry. You might get alot more you didn't ask for either. Manchester has become a pit. Good luck and go buy a gun in you decide to stay living in Manchester, you'll need it.
