Please stay out, My fiancee and I have been at the fairways for over a year and cant wait to get out. We have had dog feces in the hall because the scumbags didnt want to take the dog out in the snowstorm, HUMAN yes I said HUMAN feces in someones laundry basket, drug deals in the parking lot and there is actually someone running a car dealership out of our parking lot. All this pales in comparison to a SHOOTING a couple of weeks ago. We should have known what we were getting into when one of Derry's finest asked us if we heard gunshots on the FIRST night we lived there. now the management has pretty'd up the place with new appliances and such but they also rent to scumbags who do not work. there are several people in my bldg who stay home all day. wonder why there are break ins. My opinion is the place should be bulldozed and used as a park and ride. We are still there but actively looking to get out as fast as humanly possible

DERRY ?????? Police are searching for three men in connection with the stabbing of two teenagers on a bike path near the Fairways apartment complex yesterday afternoon. The two victims were allegedly trying to purchase drugs when the incident occurred, Capt. Vernon Thomas said. The stabbing took place on the bike path that connects the apartment complex to the nearby Alexander-Carr recreation area. Two males -- a 14-year-old and 18-year-old -- were cut in the arm and hand.
