My boyfriend and I have been here for just over 2 years and have seen the place go pretty consistantly downhill.
Yes the office people are nice, the maintenance folk are good too but the riff raff they are letting rent here is totally unacceptable.
January there was a shooting, about a month a stabbing of a young teen from what I heard was a drug related incident, children playing with the door buzzers and running up and down the halls yelling and randomly pounding on doors.
Parents, LISTEN UP, control your children.
Can we all just not raise our future to be a bunch of neanderthals''' I have children, good children, and will not have them subjected to this kind of behavior.
We have paid the extra $200/mo for a month to month lease just to make sure that when we found a place we wouldn't have to stay any longer than we had to.
Been looking for over a year now.(month to month you only need 30 days notice, yr lease you need 60 days.
How are you supposed to find a place to move to when any landlord I know can't wait for 2 months to rent their place to you'')Oh yea and they are having us shampoo the carpets the the best we can so they can rip them out anyway.
Now does that really make sense' That's just spiteful.

This is the worse place in the world! You think it's a decent price but once your there for a year about a month before they slide a notice under your door saying rents going up over 50 dollars! Thats one thing, they don't even have the common respect to hand something to you they always slide it under your door so the don't have to face you. My daughter was sick the whole year we were ther...can you say mold issue? And the punks around the neighborhood are ridiculous. I lived in building 18 and I sware it was the WELFARE building. I don't knock people who need help but help yourself first and the people and my building defintley didn't. Do yourself a favor and don't move here and if you decide to make sure you don't have nikki as your leasing agent. Her voice is soooo annoying!!!!
