I have been perusing the area apartments here on Apt Ratings...and it is a shame that some managements try to manipulate these commentarys.
If you read carefully through the positive notices, you will see a pattern of poor grammar and errors that will hint as to who penned all these "fine" reviews...(odd they all keep remarking how wonderful the staff is''' :-)
I do not live at Cricket Brook, but, rentor beware...when you visit apartments in any area, talk to some current residents if they are out and about-for the real story. friendly advice...

Moron...and look, he's never even lived there!! I have lived in Cricket Brook for 3 years and its truly a lovely place, and the STAFF is VERY NICE (Jerk.).

i have worked at 2 rental places (one in newmarket and another in dover), and yeah, both wrote reviews on these sites touting great mangt to puff up their ratings (and egos). Not saying this is the case here, but his point about being aware of this practice stands. And regarding "proper english"-- you used "its" where you should have used "it's". Not an English major myself though...
