I was at first very pleased with Cricketbrook, and while the place was constructed in the 70s, I thought it looked like a nice, low-cost community. But after I moved in, there was one problem after another and the maintenance never fixed the problems adequately. There are plumbing and sewage problems as well as mold problems. I do not recommend this place, or Brady Sullivan Properties as a whole. Also, beware of floods in fall, as the parking lot has no drainage and can ruin cars.
