I agree with the last review. Renters and owners are charged a lot of money for things to be taken care of at these apartments. Shawmut Property Management doesn't do a very good job with the place. The board ignores everyone who complains. They just take your money. The pictures speak for themselves.

Didn't your mother ever tell you life isn't perfect? The detention pond at CB was scheduled to be dredged at the end of May but the NHDES has been very slow to issue a permit. The work will be completed and the pond restored as soon as the permit is issued... The fact that some low life renter decided to roll a tire into the pond instead of paying to dispose of it property is unsightly, but it shows only because the pond has been drained for dredging to remove just such debris and the silt that has built up over the past two years. It's easy to get a shot of tall grass this year with all the rain making mowing difficult, and upgrading the pool is being put out to bid right now for work next year. Budgets are a fact of life you apparently haven't learned. CB has beautiful grounds and is a quiet and attractive place to live close to downtown. Some people just always choose to see the glass as half empty... I've lived here for almost 5 years and except for the occasional inconsiderate renter who has no respect for their neighbors this is a great place to live for single professionals. Rules are well enforced to keep obnoxious renters out for most part and since it became Condo's and Brady Sullivan was ousted there have been constant improvements and a great quality of life here.
