Rented for 2 years, never a problem

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I rented from Dean out of the Sawyer School building on 5th St/Lincoln St for 2 years (Aug 00- Aug 02) and never had a problem. He was always friendly and helpful, and the apartment was beautful, a little pricey but not outrageous. Snow removal was never a problem, the parking lot was always thoroughly plowed. Only reason I left was b/c rent was going up $55/mo and I found a cheaper place.
