Very careless and rude

Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2003-01-01

When I moved in it was a roommate ad and one of the roommates moved out and I moved in ...I guess they had done this for about 5 years....so the carpet had never been changed and were horrible....

we asked because he did change the carpet in one room his response was that we had to pay for it...

and when anything goes wrong in the apt he blames it on you and you have to pay parts and labor for him to fix it....

HOW BAD could he get I thought....then we had some problems with the lighting around the building and asked to fix it and even the cops asked b'c of an incident that happened and he never did....

don't rent from him....

you will regret it....
