Not the best place in the world!

Its not the best place in the world to live! The walls and floors are paper thin. The noise level can be a little much sometimes. When asking Dean to fix something he should be more timely with fixing it. He should not talk to his renters like little kids! I was looking for a quiet, nice kept, not to expensive, and pleasent place to live...better luck next time!
