Dean Fournier is a SLUMLORD!!! This means:

1. His apartments are RETARDEDLY OVERPRICED

2. Stocked with OUTDATED/BROKEN APPLIANCES

3. When something needs to be fixed/replaced, expect him to do NOTHING other than say that its the age or 'nature' of whatever it was

4. HE WILL FIND EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO KEEP AS MUCH OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AS HE CAN

5. He will park his $90,000 mercedes at your place when making the rounds- to rub in your face what an idiot you are for overpaying this wannabe playboy every month

6. HE WILL CONDESCEND TO, AND PATRONIZE, YOU. WHEN YOU TAKE OFFENSE HE WILL ACT AS IF YOU ARE CRAZY AND UNREASONABLE

7. The other poster was correct when he called that SLEAZEBAG out for posting on this site as a renter. Meet him once and you will know what we mean when we say it's him.

8. He raises the rent $100 every year "to keep pace with upkeep, etc". The MONGOLOID does this regardless of the size, state or location of the apt. I'm not going to waste my time explaining why this is the most absurd thing ever. If you don't get why, Dean has a nice apartment he'd be willing to rent you.


PEOPLE- THERE ARE CHOICES OUT THERE. MOVING IS A BIG DEAL PAIN IN THE ASS. DO IT BETTER THE FIRST TIME AND LEAVE THIS HUMAN FILTH OUT OF THE EQUATION. SERIOUSLY- THIS IS A FREE MARKET ECONOMY AND ONE CAN ONLY ASK FOR WHAT THEY KNOW THEY WILL PROBABLY GET
