Everything that you read about this place is true. It's the ghetto. The entire town of Dover dumps their trash out side of the dumpsters so there is trash EVERYWHERE. There are people running in and out of all of the building all hours of the night. They did such a bad job fixing the bathroom wall that water got in and mushrooms were growing out of it. Instead of fixing it and getting rid of the mold, their "handyman" just put a piece of plastic over it. Did nothing for the mold. It took someone busting out the front window in a drunken rage for me to finally put my foot down and find another, safer place to live. After going through my exit interview and being told that there were NO issues with my security deposit, it took a month and a half for me, after a lot of badgering, to find out that they are not going to give it back to me due to supposed repairs that never even needed to be fixed. So if you like noise, ratty living conditions, and being ripped off, come on down to Fairfield Gardens. They would love to have your money.
