Non-responsive management

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
 
Has allowed an extremely loud and rude tenant to maintain residency even though numerous (more than 12) complaints to management about noise. Section 8/welfare tenants without prescreening. Not for the hard worker who needs sleep.

Serious rental increases each year.

Very slow to respond to requests for repairs, tennis courts/pool/playgrounds not well maintained or clean.
