This place is a ghetto. The rent is dirt cheap: $715 for a 2 bed apt., and the inside of apartment looks nice: But the rooms are very small, like matchboxes. Good Sized bathroom, and decent sized kitchen, and a very large living room.
But there were wires open in the hallway ceiling. And the worst part.....no secured doors for the building. Anyone can enter the apartment building, and its so easy for thieves and muggers. And a number of units are on welfare/section 8, which means some of occupants are druggies and bums. Parking is next to impossible on a typical day.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if u have a stay at home wife &kid.
