We've lived in this complex for a number of years, and have had a good experience overall. There have been a few rough experiences, like noisy neighbors, and yes roaches. They were brought in with someone's exotic groceries. These someones were immediately evicted, and the management began the cleanup. This cleanup took awhile, but management stayed on top of it, and the bugs have not reappeared.

The place is located right next to the highway, so its easy to jump on and off. Its within walking distance of several restaurants, and stores. Good size apartments for a couple. Never had a real problem with partying kids, at least not for long. Its also set back enough to be quiet, and somewhat isolated from the main street.
