I moved here in July, 2005. I have had no problems. The management has been very nice and helpful to me... My apartment was spotless when I moved in. I have seen no bugs. My building is very quiet, I like the laundry facilities, the dryers are hot, I don't have to spend a lot of money washing and drying my clothes. The walkways have been shoveled and sanded when needed. I plan on staying here for a long while.
