-Great location(highway,near every possible store,many restaurants,right next to downtown Dover)
-Nice Heat and Water Preasure
-Professional Friendly Management(got on top of all the little repairs and requests we asked for)
-Affordable
Overall this place has exceeded my and my Wife's expectations.
