after reading some of the complaints in the other reviews, I wonder if we're talking about the same place' I almost never had a maintenance problem, but when I did it was promptly fixed. The property manager and the 2 maintenance guys were always very nice to me.

I will agree, however, that all of the air conditioners need to be replaced. The ones there are too old and very ineffective.

I agree to needing new air conditioners, they are very old and not energy efficient at all.
