I lived there for a year and had no problems with the staff at all, I believe you get back what you give out. I had the large 2 bedroom and the size is great, very spacious. When I left one of the washing machines in my building was broken for 3 weeks and the dryer sounded horrible, and I don't know if they've been fixed yet, but that's the only maintenance problem I had. BUT, the air conditioners are horrible and don't work at all. They are very old and aren't large enough, plus you can't use your own. I didn't even have direct sunlight and it was still uncomfortable in the summer. Also, beware of your neighbors. I had 2 young guys living above me that walked like elephants and partied. It was miserable, the floors aren't very sound proof. But is you have a good upstairs neighbor it should be ok. Parking is sometimes a big issue as well, the rules aren't enforced and it's very hard to find parking in the front lot after 7:30pm, they really need to start towing repeat offenders.
There were some big issues that really bothered me, but overall it wasn't bad for the size and price.
