Lived in building 4 for two years and it was the best place I lived in while living in Dover! After trying out several other apartments, Granite Village was by far the best! The staff were always friendly and solved problems quickly, and having the pool during the summer months was a great bonus! While you could sometimes hear a noisy neighbor walking in the hallway, I hardly ever had any problems with noise. The parking suitation was always fine, as long as you didn't mind parking by the pool area if you came home later in the evening. I would live there again.
