This place is good all the way around. Building is 90% quiet except for the occasional neighbor in the hall or walking around from the people upstairs. Since I moved in during Oct.2005 there have been multiple improvements to make the space feel even more like home such as paving the lots and renovating the hallways. The grounds are kept up well and the laundry facility is always neat and clean. I feel very safe in my building. The inground pool area is kept up very well also. Recently I went through some tough times and was debating on whether or not I should get a different apartment. After researching the area I found that average rents are only $50 less per month on an apartment that is almost 300 square feet smaller! I couldn't believe it! Well, I don't plan on going anywhere too soon...if anyone is a female 25 or older and wants a fully furnished apartment and a roomate let me know!
