I lived at Granite Village for 2 years, and overall have no complaints. I relocated from Massachusetts with my son, and as a single mom, I always felt it was a safe place to live. The office staff was always friendly and helpful, and maintenance stayed on top of all maintenance requests. I've read the reviews of others and the bad ones I feel are only a result of unrealistic expectations. Of course, like with all apartment complexes, there was the occasional noisy neighbor, or kids playing by the pool, but nothing intolerable. Parking was a pain at times, having to park in the back lot, but I always found a space. Overall I was very happy with Granite Village and would recommend it to anyone.
