Our family of three very much enjoyed living at this apartment for a year. We recently relocated due to my husband's job so we only stayed a year. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment that was a little under a thousand square feet for $890/month. It was one of the least expensive apartments we could find in Dover and everything had been done over right before we moved in. We were on the first (basement) floor, so our apartment was a little dark in the winter, but manageable. The property manager, Jennifer, was always very helpful, nice and accommodating. We barely ever had to turn our heat up (or on sometimes) because we were on the first floor and apartments around us heated us up! Our AC unit also worked very well. The one time we had to call maintenance they were prompt and friendly in fixing our issue. The pool is also very nice and the lifeguard this past summer was a great kid and very friendly. The only time we had noise issues was the weekend of UNH graduation, but it was not in the building but in the parking lot. You are in walking distance from many things, but you need to brave walking along Central Ave (a very busy road) to get anywhere.

My only complaint is with parking in the winter: they need you to move your car during the day (sometimes a few times if you are in the lot) so they can plow each time it snows. It may not be an issue for most, but it was inconvenient for me being home alone with a newborn. Overall I'd say this a great place to live!
