I love all the improvements that have taken place at Granite Village. New light fixtures with energy saving light bulbs; energy efficient washers and dryers; new energy efficient windows. These are all great things, however I know my apartment can use a new air conditioner. The AC works however it is very old and noisey and it costs lots of money to run it. It would be nice if we could get new energy efficient ACs'''''
