I do not recommend anyone to rent at High Ridge. Although the view is nice it does not make up for the noise. Not only is it noisy but I recieved numerous noise complaints even though me and my rommate are hardly ever home!Also it says the heat is included but when the winter came i learned that although the oil to creat the heat was included the heated needed to be pluged in inorder for the heat to be blown out of the vents. Also our apartments were remodeld before we moved in and all of our nieghboors have blinds, we a re the only apartment without. when i complained about the deck door not closing all the way (and alowing the cold to seep in the living room noone came to fix it.
