One of the properties Century 21 Home Team handles is a condo complex called Dover Bluff. It's a pit. The buildings are 20-some years old and already falling apart (many of the decks are literally coming off the buildings, and no one is doing anything about it). Snow removal and landscaping (including premises cleaning) generally nonexistent. External maintenance in the last year has consisted of a fresh coat of paint on only some of the falling-down decks and peeling-off siding. No amenities. No arbitration or mediation in disagreements between residents - residents basically do whatever the hell they want with no repercussions, and anyone who doesn't like it can go hang.
