Dover Bluffs is worse than a foxhole

By no means should you sign a lease in this apartment complex. It appears to have been built by unskilled workers with shoddy materials. There are no gutters so the rain or meltwater trickles down unabated. We were once frozen inside our own apartment due to water freezing our door. A 3-story deck collapsed and was left unrepaired for several months. The snow removal is worse than poor or nonexistant. Parking is a nightmare. The property manager is absolutely no help. The dumpster is occasionally left unemptied. Residents leave unwanted furniture by the dumpster or road. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
