I am moving due to Mold Issues That I was told would be fixed in the spring...they were supposed to dig up in front of my storage area and re seal the basement, and they haven't yet, and it's almost fall. Alot of my personal belongings that was stored in the storage area, and I have had to throw out 75% of what I owned due to the mold (black mold) I was told by the office worker after complaining about it numerous times, to fix it myself-I don't think so...I don't own the building...THEY DO!! I have read some of the other reviews and I have to agree, that they don't want to fix anything, not to mention that my apartment, due to it's tiny size accumulates grease and dust no matter how hard you try and keep up on everything. Essentially, when I move out of this apartment at the end of the month, I will be starting all over from scratch. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone. Oh and by the way, my rent is 795 and after I move out, the rent goes up by 30.00 to 825 per month...NOT WORTH IT!!!
