I have lived in these apartments for nearly 9 years. Every summer we're infested with sugar ants and earwigs. The screens on all my windows are so warped that I am afraid to keep the windows open in the summer. The electric bill is OUT of this world! I spoke to PSNH and they say it is comparable to the other units but for such a small apartment with one adult and one child....a $112 a month bill is riduculous.

The parking sucks. The townhouses get numbers spots but those of us in the ghetto get squat. I have been berated for parking in non-number condo spots even though I am well within my right to do so.

When I moved in in 1996, I was supposed to get a new fridge within 6 months - never happened. In nearly 10 years the walls have never been repainted, and the carpeting is such a mess that my vacuum is constantly unraveling it.

The rent gets raised $30 every 6 months and we see no benefit at all from that.

The laundry facilities are a joke - 1 washer and 1 dryer for every 12 units and the dryer, when it works, takes 2 hours to dry one load.

The maintenance is usually good but the fact is there is only one guy running the show and he has a full time job. I had an electrical issue that took over 4 months to have addressed. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

i agree with the damn dryer remark. takes freakin forever, if you ever can get your laundry done! plus we get infested with sugar ants AND carpenter ants!!!
