A two bedrrom is only $740 which is decently priced. I have an issue with the amount of noise though. I can hear the people upstairs cough, laugh, talk... ect. The walls seem to be paper thin. When I am in my bed I can clearly hear the upstairs apartment's t.v. You are left alone and they never inspect the apartments. The kitchen is VERY small with almost no cabinet space. There are GIANT ants everywhere! In the bathroom, kitchen, on my couch. I hate it! I can't wait to get out. There's no lease so that's a plus for this place.

yes i still live here. we are having problems with centipeds now and i am afraid they are going to get into my kids rooms and bite them and of course they aren't calling me back about it!

OO wow I don't blame you. How do you get rid of those things? Yeah the only thing I realyy like about it here is the cheap price and the location. And what is with the new speed bump?? LOL

The speed bump is for the complaining moms who let their kids run around unsupervised. Get a job, and bring the kids to the local park is what I say. I noticed the quality of renters has gone down in the two years, it seems like no one works. Good location.

Ha Ha... I hate those stupid woman! They let their kids run around and don't watch them and then when a car comes in tries to yell @ that person. There is 1 young Mom who lives here that is well mannered and watches her children attentivly.
