Well I guess it depends on what unit you live in if you have children dont move there they will not be allowed to ride bikes, go outside and play and make any noise what so ever. even though fair housing act allows them between 8am and 9pm. It takes along time to get things fixed and replaced had a problem with furnace for 2 years and was told by the company it needed to be replaced but guess what the old one is still in here. turn the other way around and walk away
