the apartments are decent. they are equiped with garbage disposal, dish washer, ceiling fans and a lot of lighting. the apartments aren't adequately cleaned before new tenants move in, so be prepared to clean a lot yourself. also the manager is very rude, and talked down to me. he knows that finding housing is difficult around here and takes advantage of the fact, by not doing anything to help you. living there is fine once you get past the initial encounter with the manager.
