My apt was semi clean upon move in. Management and maint. people are of no help and don't complete repairs. My third floor apt received water damage and was not fixed for 6 months. Management had many excuses from; to cold, to windy, to rainy and other buildings had to be done first. My ceiling continued to leak each time it rained, damaging furniture which had to be covered by "MY" renters insurance. Up keep of property leaves alot to be desired. Owners are in the process of building new buildings on rest of property. Try fixing the ones you've got!!!!!!
