Much better than the one i am living at. More money yes. But it had hte laundry mat there. and over in where manager office is. Pool which is nice, with a tennis court there as well swing set for kids to play on.

Parking wasnt that bad. fire alrams would go of alot more but other than that. it was a good place to live. kitecn is small living room was a big so it was nice.
