I lived on 45 New York street from September 2002 to 2003. The apartment was great. Perfect size for three people, dishwasher, new carpeting, pretty much new everything. Storage and laundry in the basement was another huge plus. Pretty quiet building with all friendly younger professionals or grad students. The real bonus about this apartment though was the landlord. Nick was one of the best landlords yet-we were wishing we could have taken him to MA with us. If anything was not working it was fixed almost immediately, the parking lot was always plowed, and it was never difficult to get in touch with anyone at the office. Other landlords should take lessons from these guys (especially Durham landlords (-: ) There is no reason I would tell anyone not to live here!
