The out of control children have more rights than the people who are paying their rent on time! Kids are loud and unsupervised. Forget asking the office staff for help, they are rude and dismissive. Maintenance staff are pushy and take very poor care of the grounds. Trash in playgrounds overflows everywhere and snow maintenance is poor. My toilet leaks into my kitchen and was ignored for over a week, but they are sure to have at least 7 yearly inspections for no reason. Certain people are allowed pets, but others will surely be evicted if a pet is found during one of the unnecessary inspections. Expect regular parking tickets and cold showers.
