Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1999
 
I've lived in Royal Oak Appartments for over 7 years and it was great! I guess it changed over the pass, but it is a GREAT place, you just have to get use to the noise...I lived in #106, also the landlord was Mary so she was nice....it might be someone new...
