I currently rent at ROA. I WILL NOT renew my lease. The apt. was supposedly cleaned prior to moving in,but, I had to clean for a day and a half.(I filled a new vacuum cleaner bag)Items noted for repair were never addressed and still have not some 7 months later! Complex is very noisy.(thin walls) Neighbors are not very considerate and management doesn't take any action against them. They charge you $100 to move out.Supposedly to pay for a "professional" carpet cleaning. Yeh right. The floorboards of my car are cleaner than the carpet was when I moved in!
