When we moved in, the living room window was cracked in half, dirty windowsills, and a certain ??human matter?? floating in our bathroom toilet. We also noticed a certain stench of the apartment but couldn??t quite figure out what it was. Nearing the beginning of the fall we found MOLD on our walls, behind our furniture in the living room and in the 1, large bedroom. A healthy amount was present, causing breathing problems as well as other health implications. When we notified management their response was ??Well, the people who lived there before you had kids, they would have noticed mold.?? They quickly, within 1 week, had come in and bleached the area and painted over it. They only temporarily fixed the problem, so the next owners I guarantee will run into the same problem. Here is a list of the other problems we have had with this apartment:

Dishwasher doesn??t work
Stove w/push buttons
1 oven rack
1 good burner that works
4 total cabinets
2 cubic feet of counter space
Distinct stench of hallway
Lock that must be finagled to work in the front door
Leak in the ceiling because is decided to rain out 4 weeks to fix
VERY NOISY heating pipes, sounds like the foundation is still settling into the ground
Broken thermostat, different temperatures in each room
Toilet backs up if you drop too much heat
Cold shower for 2 months
50sq inches of storage space for toiletries
Thing in sink wont lift up or down
Frozen Windows
Nothing has been updated since it was been built
People decide to play soccer upstairs at all hours of the night
Opening of a gym upstairs (exercise machine, sounds like the walls are going to cave in)
Lack of Snow removal
Excess amount of sand/salt in parking lot
General smell of place, had to purchase a de-humidifier and air purifier
No Privacy, people peek in windows at night
??Johnny Handyman?? AKA Tim Allen put insulation around our door frame, then the front door wouldn??t close or lock properly.
Dumpsters are 300 yards away
Lack of windows
2 hours of sunlight a day
front door handle FELL OFF, security issue

Yet ample parking
