Before I moved in here, I didn't pay attention to the reviews on this site. I said: how bad could it be' Boy had I wished I listened to the other reviews on this site. The staff who manages this property is so nosy they butt into your personal life. When I told them my personal life was none of their business respectfully, they said I "was a rude young man." They called me names (said I sounded like a 400 pound moose coming down the stairs), called me at 11PM for an administrative issue waking me up, told me they wanted to "burn my sheets" because they were hanging off of my balcony to dry. Only good thing about this place is there is ample parking, and the rent is cheap for what you get. The landscaping is nice looking too. Neighbors are noisy during the day. Bottom line: I wish I hadn't moved in here. Up until a few weeks ago there was a listing on the NH Registered Sex Offenders list indicating there was a child sex offender living here, victim under 16 felonious. There still is one listed a block away on Atlantic Ave.

it is true about the sex offender, i happen to know him. not friends just know who he is.
