I lived in royal oaks apartments for about 5 years now . Every time I have had a problem it get dealt with in the right amount of time. I read the comments above and stop and try to wonder. If that if the people that have left them even talked to manages of this property or just decided to wright negative comments. This community is awesome the kids are able play out side here. We all keep an eye out there is no safe place in this world for kids but when you got a lot of people keeping an eye on them it makes it easer. The child sex offender ( maybe you should look at how many live next to our schools where are children are required to go to ) scene I been here there has never been one that I am aware of. I keep up on that info because I have kids and try to keep them safe the best I can . There is plenty of parking first come first serve. The apartments are in good condition hello there not bran new. Royal oaks do there best to keep up on them. Hello you need do your part to inform them when something wrong ( you're the one living in the apartment . sorry you're parents are not here to do it for you ) not just expect them to walk through you apartment to find it. Yes I had some problem in my apartment and things needed to be dun. They got dun as fast as they can but some ya took a little time back ordered parts but they didn't ------- off on anything . I will remain to live here until I am able to move out in to a home .I find this place to be better than a lot of places. I have been renting scene I turned 18 so I had a few but I like this one best.
