The issue of cleanliness on move in date was never an issue for my boyfriend and I, in fact I hear the vaccume running in the hallway of my building weekly!! As far the management is concern, she is very nice I don't see her unless I go into the office for something. My take on the people who had a problem with her, she must have had a reason, do you pay your rent, do cause problems cuz if you do your damn right I'd be in your business when your renting my apartment. God forbid she do her job you dumb asses!!! Yes people don't care about your privacy, but you can't just kick someone out, the law comes into affect. Whenever I have complained about a tentant she has done her best to fix the issue. when I first lived there was a guy who lived next to me who sounded like him and his friends slammed each other into the wall, he slammed his door and sounded like an parade of elephant coming up the stairs. Well that jerk off has since gone, because she went through the process, and he was gone. The only issue I have now is the man accross me plays his music loud so I can't hear my TV but it still isn't a nightly thing. I recently mentioned this to her and I'm sure she will speak to him about this. Yes are the apartments older than dirt, and outdated yes they are, but I have paid my rent late several times and not once has she been in my "business". Your gonna have an issue with rude people where ever u go, i have lived in 3 different complexes, and they all had rude people. If you want peace and quiet move to a house on plenty of land, cuz you wont find it in any place where people surround you that dont suck!!! I can almost always get a parking spot, as we have a pass, you don't have a pass your car goes for a trip to a tow yard!!! I have to say I enjoy coming home, I feel like I can relax in my own space and not be bothered!!!
