I have lived in the Royal Oak apartments for 4 years. I have always felt safe and respected. I have children and grandchildren who visit and they also feel good to come here. I work in the area and this is very convenient to all stores, hospital, schools and businesses. The grounds are kept in great shape. The flowers and lawns are nice in the summer and the walks are kept clear and parking lot plowed in winter. Whenever I have had an issue with plumbing, screens, appliances or anything, it has been taken care of promptly. I have been a home owner for many years and am at a point in my life where I appreciate being able to call someone else to deal with the problems, like heat, repairs, mowing, etc... I feel I get my money's worth when I pay my rent and feel the people I do business with here are very fare and easy to deal with. Like any apartment complex there are moments when I would like to have someone removed....but those situations always seem to work themselves out. The rental manager is well aware of what goes on and works at keeping this a nice place to live.
