I have lived at sawyer's for 5 1/2 years. I have moved 2 times. I started in a 1 bedroom with a den and now am in one of the big 2 bedrooms with a semi- private entrance that sawyer's has to offer.
they have:

Great laudry rooms with vending machines and change machines.

Excellent maintance staff

great function room for meetings and parties.

They except up to 2 cats but you have to pay a non refundable deposit i believe around $150 dollors.

1 asigned parking spot ok if you live alone or have one car very hard with 2 or more car's there is little left over free spaces expecially in the winter they need to work on that.

Nice size gym not a lot of people in there pretty much your own.

grounds are kept simple but nice no extra outside places to go. Mostly adults live here so it is pretty quite.

every unit is different no 2 are alike some with water fall views, some with street views and so on.

The only complaint that I have is the management the office manager is a doll she is so wonderful, and I love talking with her. The property manager really needs to brush up on her customer skills.

Anyway, Over all it is a great place to live watch out for the electric bill though it can get really high in the winter with the drafty mill windows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
